discounts available, we can also help to arrange large gatherings in the area if needed.  You will  
love our beautiful accomdations. All units are remodeled with new kitchens and updated bathroom.   
New furnishings, beds and bedding!  The pool is new and heated!   
Not all times are availbale for large groups, so please inquire.  High season is currently booked,  
from Jan-March. 
  Come enjoy Boca Grande's world class tarpon fishing.  Newly remodeled two bedroom, one bath condo  
with dishwasher,  microwave, private laundry. Heated Pool. Cable TV. WI-FI. Linens provided.   
Walking distance to great boating and fishing.  Enjoy some of the  best beaches in Southwest  
Florida!  Located between Englewood and Boca Grande.  Close to great tarpon, Gulf and backwater  
fishing.  Small pets only, please!

November and December .. $700 per week .. $1500 per month   
Weeks run Saturday to Saturday.   
Check in time 4:00PM .. Checkout time is 10:00AM.  
12% required sales tax
