car garage vacation villa. It is located 10 minutes away from the Glendale Cardinals Stadium and just 3-4 minutes away from the Surprise Stadium - Home of the Kansas City Royals and Texas Rangers, major League Baseball in March as well as many other events planned throughout the year. There is only few minutes drive to one of the several golf courses around. The villa has almost 2600 square feet of living space with a large family/entertainment room, a second floor loft and a beautiful terrace with view to the street.
The beautiful backyard has a Laguna shape swimming pool, patio
furniture and professional 16000 BTU BBQ grill.
The house has been furnished and decorated with high end
furniture and accessories. The kitchen has anything a chef would need
and a large formal table and chairs in the dining room invite you to
a black tie dinner.
The house is equipped with three large, best quality LCD HDTVs, DVD
player, wireless internet connection, cable, home phone with free
long distance.
The bathrooms are provided with hotel quality towels, toiletries,
tooth paste. Extra linens, airbeds, pillows and blankets are also
provided. The house can sleep comfortably 10 to 12 people.
The masterbedroom has a king size bed with full memory foam
mattress. The other 3 bedrooms have queen size beds with 18 inch
memory foam pillowtop mattresses. Two additional queen size raised
airbeds have been added for your convenience.

This is a non-smoking house.

Minimum rental stay is 5 nights. Exceptions are possible for small groups.

Damage deposit: $500 USD(refundable within 14 days of guest departure)
Please note there is an additional one time charge of $175.00
cleaning fee as well as Arizona Lodging Tax applicable to all
rentals.

50 percent of the rental money will secure the reservation. Remaining of the balance is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
