Guest House � On Side of Mountain � Stunning View � Private in Scottsdale

Our Santa Fe style mountain-side home has a 600 sq.ft. detached guest
house that we are renting to visitors. It would be considered
a studio as it has no separate bedroom. It features a King size bed,
plasma flat screen, walk in closet and gas fireplace. Located in
Paradise Valley, bordering Scottsdale it has a large
deck with a view of North Scottsdale, Pinnacle Peak, and Carefree.
There is an outdoor fireplace near the pool that is enjoyable in the
evening. At night the view is city lights, and mountains on two sides.
This guest house is in an exclusive area which is very private but
near lots of shopping and restaurants. You may see Arizona wildlife
from the deck such as coyotes, owls, rabbits and road runners. This
guest house is perfect for two people and that is the limit that we
will allow. We are in the main house and only want guests who are
quiet and will not be having any parties.

Located in a beautiful area for walking, jogging, biking. Golf,
