Vacation Rental Description

Our family home is located one block to bird watching on Sunset 
Boulevard, on a quiet street in West Cape May.  The house is 
situated midway between the beaches of Cape May and Cape May Point.  
The first floor offers a garage for parking 1 to 2 cars. 

On the second floor you will find a beautiful modern fully equipped 
kitchen with an electric range, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, 
coffee maker, dishes, cookware, and tableware.  Also, on the second 
floor is our living room, (with television and DVD player) and 
dining room, both of which have hardwood floors.  The master 
bedroom, with a queen size bed, master bath and large closet is also 
on the second floor, along with one of the half baths.

Located on the third floor are three bedrooms, one full bath, one 
half bath and the laundry room with a washer and dryer.  Two 
bedrooms face the front of the home.  One room has a queen size bed 
the other has two twin beds.  The third bedroom has a full size bed 
and has a wonderful view of the ocean.  There is also a family room 
with a 32" television and VCR which also faces the ocean.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Our house is equipped with two zone central air and heat.  We have 
all the amenities for year round living, including a gas fireplace.  
The house can accommodate a family of 8 - 10 very comfortably.  
Other amenities include three phones for local calling, washer & 
dryer, cable TV, gas grill, picnic table and chairs.  Our house also 
has two large decks in the rear of the home of which have ocean 
views or sit on the deck off the master bedroom in the front of the 
house to watch the horse and carraiges go by.  The only thing you 
need to bring are sheets, pillow cases, towels, wash cloths (these 
items are provided with some restrictions)and your love for Cape May.

Activities and Attractions

Swimming, boating, whale watching, dolphin watching, fishing, 
golfing, bicycling, antiquing, shopping, house tours, fine dining, 
bird watching, the boardwalk (in Wildwood), minature golf and much 
more!
