Second Avenue is a quiet street in West Cape May which is the route for the horse drawn carriages on the way to town. The house is
situated midway between the beaches of Cape May and Cape May Point.

Ground floor - semi finished room with wicker furniture, TV and 1 car garage.

First Floor ~  modern fully equipped kitchen with an electric range, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishes, cookware, flatware, table cloths and counter seating.    ~ beautiful living room with flat screen television, DVD and fireplace and access to rear deck.
~ dining room, with table to accomodate 8 people and sliding doors to rear deck with gas grill, tables and chairs.
~ Master bedroom, with a queen size bed, master bath and private access to front deck.

Second Floor ~ three bedrooms, one full bath, one half bath.  One bedroom has sliding glass doors to rear deck. (one queen size, one full size and two twin beds)                            ~ Family Room with large TV and DVD and comfortable furniture, Sliding glass doors to rear deck which faces ocean.                                                                                              ~ Laundry room with a washer and dryer. 
~ Second floor deck perfect to sunbathing or just relaxing.  (lounge chairs, tables & chairs)

Our house is equipped with two zone central air and heat. We have
all the amenities for year round living, including a gas fireplace.
Accommodate a family of 8 - 10 very comfortably.
Other amenities include three phones for local calling, washer &
dryer, cable TV, gas grill, picnic table and chairs. Two large decks in the rear of the home 
and a private deck off the master bedroom in the front of the
house (a perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or just watch the horse drawn carriages go by). Bed linens and bath towels available.  5 beach tags povided.  Come and enjoy the comfort of this home and charm of West Cape May.
