Vacation Rental Rates

Two bedrooms, sitting room and full kitchen. One room is a lock off and is ADA approved. As private 
owners we can offer you a more affordable price than the La Quinta Resort. I will rent it to you for 
$350 for one day, $600 for two days, $800 for three days, $1000 for four days, and $1200 gets you 
the whole week. For $4,500 you can have it for the whole month. 
This is the 'season' here in the Coachella Valley and you don't want to miss out on the spectacular 
weather.
