Vacation Rental Description

San Carlos
Sea, sun and sand are just at your front door. Come and relax in our beautiful new condo ON the 
beach. This 
recently built modern complex of condos is gated and has a private spectacular sandy beach. Dolphins 
are an 
attraction there and can often be seen from the shore. The sand is white with NO rocks. You can rent 
kayaks, 
fishing boats or sailboats.San carlos is famous for scuba diving .If you prefer, you can play in the 
sand or 
simply relax at the pool. The area is well known for fresh fish and shrimps and its local 
restaurants will amaze 
you. You can also discover Mexican art in various galleries of San Carlos.
Our condo is elegant and fully equipped in a contemporary Mexican style. Just come and relax ON the 
beach.
It is an easy 4 - 4 1/2 hour drive from the Arizona/Mexican border(250 miles). You do not need to 
speak 
Spanish. Almost everywhere someone speaks English.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The house is on two levels and includes 3 bedrooms 3 bath. There is a living room with two sofas. 
There is a 
dining area and a fully equiped kitchen with all what you need to cook including a microwave.There 
is purified 
drinking water with a reverse osmose. On the main level, there are 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. One 
room 
has 2 queen beds and the other has 2 twin beds. On the 2nd floor, there is another bedroom and 
bathroom 
with a king size bed. Linen and towels are provided but you need to bring your own towels for the 
beach. There 
is air conditioning, ceiling fans, and 2 TV/CD/DVD player and NINTENDO 64 game system. We have also  
free access to WIFI in the house 
It is a gated community with security. 
There 
are 2 patios, 
one one each level, with chairs and a table. There is an ocean/beach view and a mountain view from 
the condo. The beach is 
within 30 feet 
with sand and many sea shells.There is also a  large pool.

Activities and Attractions

The charming town of San Carlos is known for its many activities including boating, sailing, sea 
kayaking, scuba 
diving, fishing, cruises with dolphins. It is a quiet friendly town with 2 marinas.There is a new 
delfinarium that 
just open one year ago.You can hike or find a club for horseback riding. Tennis  and golf are also 
available close 
by. The beach is majestic and you can relax there or simply swim and  play with the sand . You have 
many 
delicious restaurants where you can eat  fresh fish and shrimps or a wonderful  tasty steak. San 
carlos also 
provides you with beautiful Mexican artcraft and you will find many galleries there.  

Vacation Rental Rates

$200 a night. $1200 for 7 nights. There is a monthly rate available.
2 nights min.
To be paid at the office : $30 cleaning fees , $10 per day occupancy fee (Max $100 )  refundable 
security deposit  of $150 cash (refundable upon departure after inspection)
