Vacation Rental Description

Super Bowl/FBR Rental perfect for a family or several couples.  Brand new remodeled  single family residence  in 
quiet central Phoenix neighborhood.  3 bedrooms, 1 3/4 baths.  Fully furnished with High Definition Big Screen 
Cable TV.  Master bedroom has queen size bed, second bedroom has queen size bed, third bedroom can be 
furnished with 2 twin beds if needed.  2 additional air mattresses can be available for $50 each if requested.  
Fully equipped  kitchen with brand new appliances and  granite counters, washer/dryer, large private enclosed 
back yard with covered patio and BBQ if requested.  

Need tickets - Call for Super Bowl ticket availability.

Vacation Rental Rates

Super Bowl and FBR Rental Weeks:

For weeks before and after Super Bowl/FBR - $4500 weekly 7-day rental.   If less than 7 day stay, $700/night 
with 4 night minimum.  $2,000 non-refundable rental deposit required at time of reservation with the balance of 
rental amount due 24 hrs. prior to check-in.  Credit card only.  $150.00 non-refundable cleaning fee. Security 
and damage deposit 50% of rental fee due 24 hrs. before check in by credit card only - refundable within 7 days 
of check-out date if no missing items or no damages.

Other weeks:  $1,350.00 weekly (1 week minimum); $150.00 non-refundable cleaning fee.  50% rental deposit 
due at time of reservation by credit card only, $100.00  non-refundable.  $1,000 security and damage deposit 
due 24 hrs. before check in by credit card only - refundable within 7 days of check-out date if no missing items or 
no damages.
