Four bedrooms, two and a half baths, sleeps Two to Fourteen, with Bar and Pool,
Vegas Charm!

This Beautiful Area is old money Vegas - It is where all the people with
money that have been in
Vegas for a while know to live. The houses are built with such character and
the neighborhood is
vibrant with amazing trees and plants- not just your cookie cutter houses.
NEW- I'VE PUT A Wii IN THE HOUSE- the hottest game on the PLANET- I know you
want to see the sights but when you're at the house I want you to have just
as great of a time!!!!

Off the success of my first vacation rental, I knew that this house would
really take the cake!
The House is Four Bedrooms, with an amazing great room for entertaining and
can sleep from Two
to as many as Twelve. The Forth Bedroom has two Daybeds one with a trundle
that opens to a queen,
the Third Bedroom is Asian Designed and has a Queen Bed, the Second Bedroom
(it has its own half
bath!) has a beautiful poster queen bed set. All The rooms have a flat screen
TV and DVD Player.

The Pièce de Résistance is the Master. A King Bed with the most beautiful
furniture and of course
a 32 inch flat screen Television with DVD. The Master Bath has a stand-up
shower and plenty of
room in the Tub for Two!

The house is three minutes to the strip. When you walk out the front door the
Stratosphere Tower
looks and feels like it is on the next street over (pretty close!). Please
know that I would only
buy a house that is so close and easy to travel to and from the Strip - do
not waste your time
driving!! You will have access to a folder at the house with all the tips,
maps and restaurants
you can handle.

If I suggest a restaurant or a specific destination to check out (like Red
Rock Canyon - unreal!)
then you will find the driving directions in the book. The inside of the
house itself I had
designed to make sure it looks the best. There is a built in Wet Bar, the
Pool Table is perfect
for the space and will bring tons of fun- and there is a 61' TV in the room!!
The kitchen table
has eight chairs and opens to over ten feet long. Think you will have enough
space for all the
food?! The perfect dilemma, stay in the house, hang out in the backyard, or
go to the strip!

Enter the French doors to the Master Bedroom and you feel like you just
walked into your own
place away from the rest of the house. Four (4) bedrooms-sleeps seven to
eleven (7-11)
comfortably = One King, Two Queens, Two Daybeds - one with a trundle. Pillow-
top mattresses -
Master bedroom has King-size Four Post Bed. Aero Bed - not the cheesy kind-
this one is elevated
off the floor as high as a regular bed. It sleeps two on the floor wherever.
Thirty-two inch Flat
Screen Cable TV in Master bedroom. Flat Screen Cable TVs with DVD Players in
ALL the other
bedrooms.

I love to do the Backyard up right as well. There you will find a Gas
Barbecue, make the
neighbors drool with your special sauce simmering on top of the food- a Patio
Set including a
huge table and six chairs, a Swing that has its own sun shade and opens up to
a BED (fifty bucks
off your stay for the first picture of someone sacked out on this thing) and
last but not least a
huge Gazebo with netting all around to take a break from the sun. Oh Yeah
there is a pool too!

Here is where you will again run into that little bit of extra that I put
into the house. Do not
worry about packing the toothpaste, shampoo, and conditioner (the airports
will take it anyway)
because I have supplied all that. The linens, Beach Towels, Toothbrush,
Toothpaste, Soap,
Shampoo, Conditioner, and Lotion (it is the desert after all), Combs, Shoe
Shine, blah blah blah -
it is all there for you included.

If you wish to smoke, I do not mind if you do it in the backyard, just as
long as you put the
butts in the provided receptacles. Professional Decor touches, Spacious, open
floor plan, 2700
square foot, Private and Peaceful backyard. Patio furniture with lots of
seats - Barbecue grill.
Family Games such as Pictionary, Spoons, etc... Free High-Speed Wireless
Internet Access -Keyless
Entry System - Flexible Check-In and Out - 61 inch Big Wide-Screen TV in
Living room. - Family
room with wrap-around sectional, ultra-comfy with huge Ottoman. Large well-
equipped kitchen.
Drink Making Accessories- Chocolate Fondue Fountain -Fiesta Taco/Burrito Cart
(this thing is
cool) -Blender -Toaster -Coffee Maker -Microwave -All the Pots and Pans you
can use including
everything you will need to cook a feast (and for dessert a Chocolate Fondue
Fountain!). Stocked
with your favorite Breakfast Cereals, Oatmeal, Snacks, Popcorn, Coffee and
Tea; just buy the
Steaks, Corn and Baked Beans to Cook on the Huge Gas Grill in The Backyard.
The Pool Table is
first rate and I know everyone enjoys a game of pool- put your drink on the
bar, pause a moment
to check out what's happening on that huge TV- line up your shot and...

The House has been decorated by Anne Rhu from 'It Can Be Arranged Decorating'
Design House here
in Vegas. We shopped for days to get the best!! Brand new sheets, towels
(including Beach
Towels), the only thing you will need to bring is your - Laptop to use with
the Wireless Internet
Connection! (You thought I was going to say Toothbrush, didn’t you? Well it
is already waiting
here for you).

Perfect your blackjack or get everyone to hand over their chips to you in
