Vacation Rental Description

Water, water, everywhere!... this beautifully decorated Tuscan style, fully furnished, turn key, 3 bedroom, 2 
bath home was built in 2006. The home has water and mountain views out of every window (eight total). It is 
nestled along side a beautiful waterfall and lake at the end of a cul-de-sac with only one neighbor to the right. 
This home is very private. Tons of blue sky and mountain views and not boxed in as many traditional tract 
homes. You are literately living in a park setting.

You can walk to the Terra Lago Golf Club, the number two rated golf course in the Coachella Valley (formerly 
known as Landmark Golf Course which hosted the 2002 Skins Game). The Club has a great restaurant and bar 
with spectacular views. You can see this Golf Course from your livingroom and master suite. There are miles of 
walking paths around the lakes. Amenities include a state-of-the-art workout gym, Olympic resort style heated

of the plush upgraded carpeted bedrooms. One bedroom is a personal massage room complete with a 
professional massage table, with views of the waterfall and lake. The living room comes complete with a marble 
gas fireplace. The kitchen is a chef's delight with full back splash and granite counter tops, upgraded cherry 
wood cupboards and GE Monogram Stainless Steel appliances. The two bathrooms have the same upgrades as 
the kitchen. The den is equipped with a desk and high speed internet access (included in the rental fee) and 
queen size bed. There are three televisions all connected to cable. The living room television is a large plasma. 
The home has a two car enclosed garage, backyard which is landscaped with palm trees, rock and cacti, a 
Tahoe Blue pebbletech pool and spa, a must see tranquil grotto. Situated above the pool is a dining 
terrace/patio that gives you the advantage of mountain, golf course and sunset views which reflect across the 
lake and waterfall. This view faces west, down valley towards Palm Springs. The front yard is fully maintained 
the fee for which is also included in the rental fee. The only question is, how will you spend your days at Terra 
Lago?
