Waterfront community vacation home located in Buttero Park on
Prineville Reservoir Lake. (1/2 block to the
beach and water). The house has 4 bedrooms (3 with Queen beds and 1
with six bunkbeds). Great deck overlooking the lake. House surrounded by natural juniper forest.
Watch the deer from the deck as you relax.
Buttero Park is a quiet privately owned communtiy of lake front
housing. The house boasts a beautiful stone wood burning fireplace and a Tiki bar downstairs to entertain friends.

The community beach is a day use only beach
that minimizes crowds and is easily accessible from the house.

The house is fully equipped with kitchen equipment, laundry
facilities, bbq etc. There is a TV with a VCR/DVD,
stereo with external deck speakers, and games galore. Deck has a
hamock and nice outdoor furniture.

There is a shared day beach 1/2 block down from the house easily accessible.
Approximately 1/4 mile from Prineville Resort where you can dock or launch your boat, grocery store, and diner. The quaint town of Prineville is only
15 miles away with golfing, shopping, museum, movies, parks and fine
dining.

Swimming, hiking, boating, water craft sports, fishing, and biking.

$150 per night with a three night minimum stay
$1050 for a weeks stay (7 nights)

$200 security refundable if no damage

$125 cleaning fee

Pets welcome upon approval of owner, $25 per pet
