a retreat unlike no other. This 2800 square foot home offers 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath, den, formal 
living room, formal dining room, fully stocked kitchen, nook and spacious family room. It also 
offers a laundry area with a washer and dryer ready for use. The formal living area and family room 
offers great views of the breath taking backyard and pool area. This home features a resort style 
backyard, a pebble tec pool, spa and waterfall with plenty of patio area for relaxation. Across from 
the home is a park/play area for children.


Book your stay to see your favorite teams in training. Come on out to Arizona the home of 
the "Cactus League"!! New teams will be arriving for Spring Training 2009. The Los Angeles Dodgers, 
Chicago White Sox, Cleveland Indians, Cincinnati Reds, and many more are expected. We are minutes 
away from 5 of the Spring Training Facilities.

cable TV, and wireless internet access.

Master bedroom includes a Cal King.
Bedroom #1 includes a Full bed.
Bedroom #2 includes two twin beds.

Activities and Attractions

The city of Goodyear offers: Eight golf courses, plenty of dining, shopping, entertainment, 
lifetime fitness, and YMCA nearby. Only 10 minutes away is Westgate, University of Phoenix Stadium, 
Jobing arena, and Coyotes stadium, with many restaurants, entertainment, and shopping adjacent to 
Westgate. Coming soon the Cleveland Indians Spring Training Facility.

October - January, April - May $1400/week 

June - September $900/week $1400/14 day minimum stay

Daily rate $200 *3 day minimum*
