Vacation Rental Description

Beach Front New Condos located in the gated community of "Villa Las
Palmas"

Has wonderful views of the Sea of Cortez and the town of San Felipe
which can all be admired from the 
spacious  open plan that includes a living room, dining room and a
fully equipped kitchen with granite counter 
tops. Both Condo's are beautifully decorated and have all the comforts
of home.  

Beach Level and Middle Level Condo have a spacious Master Bedroom with
a queen size bed, private bathroom 
and direct access to the terrace. Two additonal bedrooms each have two
queen size beds and a Jack and Jill 
bath room. Total of 3 bedrooms and 5 queen size beds per unit.  Also
1/2 bath in hallway. 

Each unit has it's own spacious terrace for relaxing and enjoying the
wonderful view and town lights.


 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Satelite TV with HBO & Showtime in living area.
DVD player for your movies
Central heating and air. also Ceiling Fans in all bedrooms and living area
Soap, bed linen, and towels are provided.
Fully equipped kitchen with utensils, plates, bowls, pots & pans ect.
Gas stove, Refrigerator, Microwave, coffee maker to name a few.

Local management is available.

Activities and Attractions

Fun for the whole family.  Bring your off road vehicles and your
aquatic gear (seadoo, wave runner, kayak's ect.)

San Felipe activities include fishing, shopping, 
fine and casual dining, and a varity of clubs which offer dancing, 
karoke, live music, pool and darts. or just relaxing and  taking in
the sun.

Vacation Rental Rates

IN SEASON:  March 1st through November 30th 

   Middle level unit:  $350 per night (3 night min. stay required)     
        (sleeps up to 10 adults).

•Beach level unit: $375 per night (3 night min. stay required)                                   
       (sleeps up to 10 adults).

OFF SEASON:  December 1st through February 29th.

  Middle level unit: $250 per night (3 night min. stay required)                                   
(sleeps up to 10 adults).

• Beach level unit: $275 per night  (3 night min. stay required)                                 
(sleeps up to 10 adults).


	-Three night minimum stay required for above pricing, 
        - Call for pricing for less than 3 nights
        - stay 5 nights and get 20% off your last night ( not
transferable)
	- Stays of 7 nights or more get a your last night Free (not
transferable) 
        - NO DISCOUNTS DURING HOLIDAY SEASON. 
	- Discounts CANNOT be combined. 
	- Rates include in/out maid service.  Additional maid service may be 
                 available upon request for an additional fee.

- Full payments and security deposit of $400 is required at time of
