Agatam Lodge is the perfect mountain home, located only  10 minutes from Northstar and 15 minutes to Squaw Valley. Walk one block down to lake Tahoe and a great beach. This home is in Tahoe Vista on Lake Tahoe's far north side. Convenient central location for all summer and winter Tahoe activities. Several sandy beaches are a short walk, and there is a great woods right up the street.  Short drive to all the major North Shore ski resorts, right between Northstar and Squaw & Alpine. Park the car after skiing and walk to dinner in downtown Tahoe Vista!

Our Agatam Lodge is perfect for a family, 2 small families, or 3 couples,
with two Queen bedrooms and a King Bedroom.(Also a VERY TINY Bunk Room).The house has 3.5 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, with 3 full bedrooms and a full bath on the entry floor, and the masterbedroom and bath and open living area on the upper floor. There is also a 1/2 bath next to the kitchen. (Also,downstairs is a very TINY Bunk Room, with
sleeping space only) There is a queen sofabed in the living area.

The conveniently laid out, gourmet kitchen has all stainless appliances, gorgeous granite slab countertops and a rustic maple hardwood floor. The dining table seats six and there is more seating at the island counter overlooking the well-stocked kitchen. The interior furnishings of the house are in an updated casual Mountain Craftsman style.

There is a filtered view of Lake Tahoe from the sunny deck and we have a gas BBQ and comfortable deck furniture to enjoy a cook out in style. (The Grill is available through the the winter also)

Several local restaurants and galleries are just a short walk. You
can stroll to dinner at great restaurants like Captain Jon's. Lanza's,and Spindleshank's. The Old Range Steakhouse is at the foot of our street, right across from the Tahoe Vista beach. You can walk down to dinner and enjoy the gorgeous sunsets on the lake. In the winter it is nice to be able to come home from skiing and just walk a block to dinner.

The main shopping area of King's Beach is a short drive for groceries (Safeway)
and other shopping, and Tahoe City is a short drive the other direction.

Agatam Lodge has been recently upgraded with new carpets, hardwood
flooring, and a slate entry. There is a wood stove in the living area for cool nights, and all of the bedrooms have cozy designer quilts and luxury bedding.

We have plenty of driveway parking for your family or ski group. The garage is good for storing your ski gear and bikes. There is a foosball table in the garage also. Agatam Lodge also has inside laundry facilities.

We have two other North Tahoe homes that are also available for rent 
if our Agatam Lodge is already booked for your preferred dates. Please call me for full availability. If this house is booked we may have availability at our other homes. 

Mostly by the week for the Summer Season. Sunday to Sunday. Minimum Stays Vary in the
Winter. 3-4 Night Minimum over
Winter Weekends.
