Vacation Rental Description

Agatam Lodge is 10 to 20 min. to Northstar,Squaw Valley & Alpine, and only 1 Block to the Lake &  
Beach. The North Shore casinos are a short drive. The North Tahoe Regional Park is a short walk up  
the street to access 5 miles of hiking & dog-walking trails &  and groomed cross-country ski trails  
in the winter. There are also public tennis courts, a sledding hill with a concession stand and  
snowmobile rentals at this park.(The parking for this is about a mile away.)  
 
This house is perfect for a family, 2 small families, or 3 couples, since there are two Queen  
bedrooms and a King Bedroom.(Also a VERY TINY Bunk Room).  
The house has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, with 3 bedrooms and a full bath on the entry floor, and the  
masterbedroom and bath and open living area on the upper floor. There is also a 1/2 bath next to the  
kitchen. (The 4th bedroom downstairs is a very small Bunk Room, with sleeping space only) There is a  
queen sofabed in the living area.  
 
The gourmet kitchen has all new appliances, gorgeous granite slab countertops and a new rustic maple  
hardwood floor. The dining table seats six and there are also comfortable barstools at the island  
counter. The interior furnishings of the house are in an updated casual Mountain Craftsman style.  
 
There is a filtered view of Lake Tahoe from the sunny deck and we have a brand new gas BBQ and  
comfortable deck furniture to cook out in style. (Grill is available through the the winter also)  
 
Several local restaurants and galleries are just a short walk. You can walk to dinner at great  
restaurants like Captain Jon's. Lanza's,and Spindleshank's. The Old Range Steakhouse is at the foot  
of our street, so you can walk down to dinner and enjoy the gorgeous sunsets on the lake.  
Vista Gallery, with some of the best original paintings and sculpture on the North Shore, is just  
down the street.  
 
The main shopping area of King's Beach is a short drive for groceries and other shopping, and Tahoe  
City is a short drive the other direction.  
 
The house has been newly renovated with new carpets and hardwood floor, and slate entry. There is a  
wood stove in the living area for cool nights, and all of the bedrooms have cozy designer quilts and  
luxury bedding.  
 
We have plenty of driveway parking for your ski group. The garage is good for storing your ski gear  
and bikes. There is a foosball table in the garage also.  Agatam Lodge has inside laundry  
facilities.  
 
Your whole family will have a great winter ski or summer vacation staying at our comfortable Agatam  
Lodge!

4.)Set of Bunkbeds(2 twins in a SMALL Room). There is also a  Queen Sofabed in the LR. 
 
Agatam Lodge has Baby Equipment-high chair and 2 portacribs at the house. Pet-Friendly. 
 
We have two other North Tahoe homes that are also available for rent even if our Agatam Lodge is  
already booked for your preferred dates. Please call me for full availability! I do not keep up the  
Calendar. 
 
Mostly by the week for the Summer Season. Minimum Stays Vary in the Winter. 3-4 Night Minimum over  
Winter Weekends.  
 
Security Deposit of $500 on your credit card to reserve. 
 
No Cancellations. 
 
Cleaning Fee $175

Thanksgiving at Winter Rates, 
Christmas Week 12/19-26th is $425/night, 
New Year Week 12/26-1/4 is $525/night (1/1-4th left, SALE $475/night) 
MLK Weekend, 3 night Min at $425, add'l nights at Reg rate.  
President's Week 2/13-22nd, '09, $425/night.
