This fully furnished mobile home, located in the Mohawk Valley between Albany and Syracuse, offers access to 
activities for all interest groups.  Just 10 minutes from Little Falls Exit 29A of the NYS  Thruway and situated on a 
quiet country road, this site is ideally located whether you're an outdoorsman, lover of the arts, a history buff, 
or just need a place to relax and refresh.  There are many historical sites (battlegrounds, cemeteries, churches, 
homes and other buildings).  There are  bike trails, hiking trails, beaches, lakes, streams, a river, golf courses, 
summer concerts, cross country skiing, downhill skiing and snowshoeing.  A real bonus for snowmobilers is 
access within a thousand feet to one of the main trails of the Salisbury Ridgerunners Snowmobile Club.  Another 
bonus is on site mining of Herkimer Diamonds (small fee required).

This modern 3 bedroom, 2 bath mobile home in excellent condition has 2 porches to enjoy the view.  The master 
bedroom has a full size bed and a single bed.  A second spacious bedroom has a full size bed and a single bed. 
The third bedroom has a trundle bed which converts to two twin beds.
