with upgraded mattresses and elevated TV sets along with a new queen
size sleeper sofa and TV/VCR/DVD in living room. Two parking spaces directly in
front of Unit makes it easy for unloading of luggage/groceries or allows
you to bring or rent locally a golf cart for usage within complex.

Saturday to Saturday rental: Check-in is 3pm, check-out is 11am
$200 Security Deposit required to reserve unit. Refundable up to
45 days prior to arrival, if you must cancel. Returned after unit
is cleaned and successfully inspected.
MUST be 25 years old to rent.
NO SMOKING & NO PETS ALLOWED
To call long distance, must use a pre-paid or calling/credit card from Unit telephone.
