Magical Stay is a 5-star executive villa located just 15 minutes from the Disney gates in the new gated community of Calabay Parc at Tower Lake.

With almost 3,000 sq feet of fabulous living space and furnished throughout to the highest standard, Magical Stay is the place for your vacation.  With three master suites and two themed twin rooms, the layout is ideally suited to a large group or two families sharing.  For your entertainment, there is a games room and a 42" HD LCD TV with Sony Blu-ray player in the main lounge area.  Cable TV, wi-fi and adjustable air-conditioning are available throughout the villa.

Outside, the pool deck (complete with child safety fence) features a shaded dining area with luxury furniture.  The pool also has an integral spa to aid your relaxation.  The pool cage is fitted with "Florida Glass" to provide additional privacy whilst swimming or sun-bathing.   We also provide a large gas BBQ for you to enjoy home cooked steaks and burgers.

For big kids and small children alike, the timeless magic of Walt Disney World is just 15 minutes away. Keen golfers are spoilt for choice as Magical Stay is located just a few minutes away from a number of excellent golf courses including Southern Dunes which is currently ranked 6th in "Best Places to Play" in Florida.  For those that prefer a slightly slower pace, the beautiful and natural Tower Lake is right on the doorstep and as our guests, you would have exclusive access to this well-stocked fishing and boating lake.

In the area are 24 hour supermarkets, numerous restaurants, takeaways and delivery services. The recently opened $500m Posner Park is just a short drive away for a fantastic shopping and high-end dining experience.

Detailed Information.

Swimming Pool & Spa
Outside, the pool deck area is screened to provide a bug free environment. The pool deck features a child safety screen, which can be removed for adult groups. A shaded area can also be found under the lanai. The pool has lights to provide a peaceful ambience in the evening and pool furniture and toys are provided for our guests. The pool also has an integral spa to aid your relaxation.

Living Area
The open-plan lounge area has a light airy feel with a high ceiling and access to the pool deck. There is plenty of space to accommodate the whole family with comfortable sofas and cable TV.  There is air-conditioning throughout the villa.

Dining
There are three dining areas. Inside you have the choice of a family dining room or informal breakfast nook and breakfast bar. Outdoors you can dine under the lanai with the added comfort of a ceiling fan.

Kitchen & Breakfast Nook
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the gadgets, crockery, cutlery and utensils you require you need to look after the whole family's culinary needs. There is a large oven, hob, microwave and, of course, an American size fridge.

TV room / den
The den is a perfect space for the kids to unwind after a day in the parks with cable tv and Playstation 2 with games. This self-contained room can also double up as the 6th bedroom.

Games Room
The games room has been installed just this year and consists of a 7' pool table, air hockey, electronic basketball and foosball (table football)

Master Bedroom Suite 1
The large ground floor master suite contains a king size bed and premium furnishings. A large walk in closet provides all the space you need. The luxury bathroom has a corner bath, two mirrored vanity areas and access to the huge walk-in shower.
The master suite also connects directly to the pool deck.

Master Bedroom Suite 2
Also on the ground floor, this suite contains a queen size bed and premium quality furniture. There is plenty of closet space and an ensuite bathroom.

Master Bedroom Suite 3
This king suite is on the first floor and is also furnished to the highest standard. There is plenty of closet space and an ensuite shower room.

Bedrooms 4 and 5
These rooms are themed for children and are located on the first floor and share a bathroom. Each room contains twin beds and high quality furniture. There is plenty of closet space in each room.

Upstairs nook
The upstairs landing area has been fully kitted out with a desk, chair and desktop computer making it the perfect place to hook up to the internet or email friends back home.

Blizzard Beach
Disney legend has it that after a freak winter storm blanketed the area with snow, Florida's first ski resort was born.
