Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful two bedroom/two bath (1 king, 1 queen, plus pullout sofa) downstairs villa located in the 
Legacy Villas.  Legacy Villas is next door to, and affiliated with, the La Quinta Resort and Spa.  
The Legacy Villas development has two large community pools and several smaller pools located 
throughout the development.  The Legacy Villas community resides in the foothills of the Santa Rosa 
mountains and the villa has beautiful  mountain views.  The house is right across the street from 
one of the private pools.  The development is in a 24-hour guard-gated community and has 24-hour 
gym.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

This 2 bedroom approximately 1,300 sq. ft. unit has 2 bathrooms, living room with sleeper sofa, 
dining room, complete kitchen, washer and dryer, 2 patios with truly peaceful settings, 3 
televisions with cable (including HBO), and DVD players.  Living room has an iPod-compatable audio 
system.

Activities and Attractions

Legacy Villas is located in La Quinta, 19 miles east of Palm Springs Airport; Golf, Tennis, Nature 
and Mountain Trails, Shopping, Restaurants and Entertainment.

Vacation Rental Rates

$300 per night ($400 during high weekends), $2100 per week, longer stay discounts available.  3 
night minimum.  $100 cleaning fee, $300 refundable security deposit.

No smoking rental and no pets are allowed.
