Vacation Rental Description

Enjoy this nice and well located waterfront pool home overlooking a tranquil wide Ocean access 
canal. It is surrounded by million plus dollar homes and Gigantic yachts with no fixed bridges 
minutes to the ocean inlet and only 5th house from the Intracoastal Waterway. The boat dock is 102 
ft. wide.  Terra Mar Island is located within the city limits (two blocks) of Lauderdale-By-the 
Sea.  This house has been tastefully updated with all new marble baths and granite kitchen.  It has 
volume ceilings and a split bedroom design.  It has a king size bed in master bedroom overlooking 
pool/jacuzzi and canal, one queen bed in bedroom overlooking canal , 2 twin beds in front bedroom 
and, two sofa beds in family room to accomodate a total of up to 8-10 people. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Enjoy the heated swimming pool with overflowing Jacuzzi overlooking the wide fishing canal.  Watch 
the large yachts go by right from your dock. Take a walk on the beach on Pompano's famous Beach or 
walk over to Lauderdale-By-The-Sea and enjoy various gourmet restaurants, cafes, and beautiful 
beaches.

Activities and Attractions

The Terra mar Island community is located directly across from the Atlantic Ocean. It is 
conveniently located within walking distance to the Town of Lauderdale By the Sea to the south and 
Pompano Beach to the north where you can enjoy both famous Fishing Piers in either directions. Fort 
Lauderdale Beach is located within 10 minutes driving distance.  The Golf public park is located 
within 5 minutes driving distance. All major service amenities are located nearby. Golf, Fishing, 
Boating are at their best in this well sought market area.

Vacation Rental Rates

April 16th thru October 15th $2500 per week (additional per day rate $350)
October 16th thru December 10th $3000 per week (additional per day rate $400)
December 11th thru January 10th $3500 per week Boat Parade Season (additional per day rate $450)
January 11th thru April 15th $3000 per week (additional per day rate $400)

all reservations required 50% paid in advance plus $1000 refundable security deposit: Payable via 
wire transfer, cashier's check or crdit card.  Remainder 50% due upon arrival.
