It has a king size bed overlooking pool/jacuzzi and canal, one queen bed in bedroom across also with a wide view of the canal , 2 twin beds in front bedroom that has its own private bath, and one sofa bed in family room to comfortably accomodate a total of up to 8+ people. (Additional sleeping arrangements could be made on a per need/pre-arrangement basis).

Enjoy the heated swimming pool with overflowing hot-tub overlooking the wide Spanish River canal. Watch the boats cruise by while you fish right from your dock. Take a walk on the beach on Pompano's
famous Beach (directly across the street from the Island) or walk over to the famous Lauderdale-By-The-Sea and enjoy various famous restaurants,(i.e Sea Watch, Benihana's of Tokyo, Houstons) cafes, and beautiful beaches.

The Terra mar Island community is located directly across from the Atlantic Ocean. It is
conveniently located within walking distance to the Town of Lauderdale By the Sea to the south and
Pompano Beach to the north where you can enjoy both famous Fishing Piers in either directions. Fort
Lauderdale Beach is located within 10 minutes driving distance. The small airplane airfield and
Golf public park are located within 5 minutes driving distance. All major service amenities are

all reservations required 50% paid in advance plus $1000 refundable security deposit: Payable via
wire transfer or Direct Bank Deposit, cashier's check or credit card via Pay Pal (with 3% PayPal surcharge). Remainder 50% due at least 7 days prior to arrival.
*In addition to the above listed rates, there is a charge of 11% for taxes plus a $150 cleaning fee.
