2 floor unit, just on the water. 2 bdrm, 2.5 bath designer decorated
and furnished, over 1,300 square feet.Tiled living, dining and kitchen
areas, wooden floors in bedrooms. 2 parking spaces and 2 furnished
balconies. Hi speed Internet, Cable TV. All linen provided. Washer &
dryer in unit.

Building amenities:

Gated community, pool, sauna and dock (no permanent docking). Tennis
court.

Walk to beaches, fishing trips close by, ideal for jogging, biking
and jet skiing. Boat rentals close by.

Rental rates: 1 week minimum, November-April $ 595/week, May-October $
495/week. Ask for longer term rates. $ 100 dollar cleaning fee
after vacating property, paid on arrival. During May-October $ 50
dollars extra per week for electricity.
To reserve unit a one week deposit is required. Will be deducted from
balance which is due on arrival.
