for Arizona)!!! If you are here on business, Intel and Honeywell are just around the corner. 
Scottsdale is ten 
miles away, Tempe is seven, and Phoenix is a short fifteen. You will be at any location desired in a 
pinch!! Great 
golfing and Hiking await you at any direction taken making the outdoor life easy to grasp.  Sedona,  
The Grand 
Canyon and Flagstaff are also an easy day trip. What are you waiting for???

Vacation Rental Amenities

This 2,000 sqft rental home has 3 bedrooms, one  which is a master with it's own bathroom. There is 
also a pull 
out bed in the family room which includes a 47" HD plasma TV, just incase you want to sleep in front 
of a great 
movie. Two additional TVs are in 2 bedrooms. With HBO, STARZ, SHOWTIME, & CINEMAX there will never 
be a loss for channels!!!  A workout room is designated for those who want to stay in 
shape and a  large pool with a basketball hoop keeps the small and big kids wet and occupied.  For 
those who 
love to cook, there is a fabulous kitchen equipped with gourmet applinances. Whether you want to 
bake a pie 
or just make a delicious smoothy, it is all there for your easy access. Great art work is also 
displayed about the 
home with vibrant colors and origionality to enhance your visual experience. 

Vacation Rental Rates

$650 per week June, July, August, and September
$950 per week October
$1150 per week November 
$1250 per week December-March
$950 per week April,and May 

There is a $150.00 cleaning fee per 2 weeks of renting. 
A $450.00 refundable deposit is required
No Pets or smoking inside home allowed, Thank you:)
