But best of all this house is in walking distance to the Cardinals stadium and Westgate Center with 
world class resturaunts, bars, movie theaters, and shopping, not to mention Football games!

Tailgate in your own back yard, and walk to the game.  No designated driver needed with this house.

This gorgeous home is a 2000 sf single level, 4 bedroom 2 bath 2 year old house with new carpets, 
tile floors in main traffic areas with new paint throughout. Wood blinds & corian counters in large 
kitchen with top of the line appliances and a center island/bar plus ceiling fans in all the rooms 
with air conditioning and heating.   
RV gate and southwest landscape in front and back with a firepit in the back on a north facing

$150 cleaning fee
$150 fully refundable security deposit  
Pets are welcome with an additional deposit (please inquire)

Security deposit holds reservation, 1/2 balance due 30 days prior to arrival last 1/2 balance due 14 
days prior to rental.
