Vacation Rental Description

Labor Day Week Aug. 30-Sept. 6 available for $1400. Last summer week left for this well  
equipped,very clean and family friendly condo located only 3 houses from the 31st St. beach.(3106  
Central Ave.) Our beautifully maintained and decorated 2nd story shore home with  
cathedral ceilings will provide you with the amenities and location  
that will create a memorable time at the shore for you and your family.  
 
Included in your rental will be beach chairs, 2 adult bicycles and a child's bike (suitable for  
4-6 year old), a fireplace, beach towels, a library of games and books. For those families with  
infants or toddlers, our home comes fully equipped with: a Graco stroller, Peg Perego high chair,  
Graco Pack & Play, Exersaucer, bottle washer & First Year bottle warmer, electric covers on all  
outlets.  
 
Within walking distance (3 blocks) are the famous 34th street playground, tennis courts and  
shopping. Of course, the beach, boardwalk, and all of the activities  
of "The Best Family Shore Resort in the Nation" as selected by the  
Travel Channel are yours to enjoy. The excitement of Atlantic City  
and outstanding golf courses are minutes away. Save by renting  
directly from the owners. Partial week rentals may also be available in the off-season.
