Located at the front of the Ocean Tower building with sweeping panoramic Ocean Views. The Villa is on the top floor of the stack with views of Lagoon's One, Two & Three.

This promotion puts our premium property in the same price range as some of the most inexpensive, cheap, no view, small properties available for rent in Ko Olina!

Parking, high speed internet, WiFi, local calls, resort fees and use of in-villa safe are included in rate.

Additional Information:

$1,000 non refundable deposit plus tax with signed rental agreement.
One nights deposit plus tax upon signing rental contract.
The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to check-in.
No pets and no smoking.
Must be 25 years or older.

Taxes of 12.962% and cleaning of either $300.00 (departure) or $100.00 (per day for daily) are in addition to the nightly rate. Mid stay cleaning is also available for $200.00 which includes linen replacement, (towels and sheets) plus cleaning. Promotional rate is not available during peak holiday periods.
