Although our rate is more in line with the lower end properties that have less expensive furnishings or less space or not as nice of a view or a combination of the three, you will not be giving up amenities to stay in our villa.

Our penthouse (top floor) view is one of the best at the entire property with unobstructed views to the ocean, koi ponds and pools. We also have balconies off of both bedrooms plus the living area unlike most villas with only a single balcony. You also won't hear noise from above since we are on the top.

Additional Information:

$1,000 refundable deposit with signed rental agreement or CC # on file.
One nights deposit plus tax upon signing rental contract.
The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to check-in.
No pets and no smoking.

Taxes of 12.962% are in addition to the nightly rate. Daily housekeeping is available for $100.00 per day. A mid stay cleaning is available for $200.00 which includes linen replacement, (towels and sheets) plus cleaning.
