West Palm Beach Airport and approx. 1.5 hours to Walt Disney Theme Parks (NW) and trendy South Miami
Beach to the south. This modern 2 story wood frame home has a wood burning fireplace, large outside
barbeque pit, 3 bedrooms 2.5 baths in main house plus there is a detached 1 story single family
guest house behind the Wide fishing lake comprised of 1 bedroom 1 full bath, full kitchen, living
room with sofa bed and dining area. There is a barn with 5 stalls. You are welcome to bring your
horses and/or ride your ATV's or dirt bikes in these 5 fun fenced acres.
All electronics stereo, TV's in every room, Direct satellite TV. Ample parking for your boat, RV,
numerous automobiles, etc.

Vacation Rental Rates
April 16th thru October 15th $1800 per week
October 16th thru APril 15th $2500 per week
Reservations must be paid 50% in advance plus $1000 security refundable deposit
Remainder 50% to be paid in full upon arrival
Payments must be received via wire transfer, cashier's check, Money order, Cash, credit card=Paypal.
All cancellations can only be done 30 days prior to occupancy rental period. Above Rates are
Discounted for Longer stays. ALL CHARGES INCLUDED IN ABOVE RATE! No other additional fees other
than (11%) taxes and a $75 Cleaning Charge. No tax on stays of 6 months or longer.
