bath, Watch the boats from your balcony as they head to the Atlantic Ocean.  You can fish and scuba 
dive right from our private dock. Beach and Fishing vessels are within walking distance.

Project has secured entry, boat dock, two heated pools, lobby, laundry.  Walk to beach, 
restaurants, saltwater fishing right from your dock.

Activities and Attractions

Fishing, swimming, boating, beach sports, jet skiing.  Golf and tennis public parks within 5 minute 
driving distance.  Hard Rock Cafe for Vegas style casinos is within a 30 minute drive.  Night Life 
and other Fine dining activities are located within few minutes, Sea Watch Restaurant, Houstons, 
Benihana's of Tokyo, Mai Kai Polynesian Show Restaurant and many more.  

Vacation Rental Rates

April 16th thru October 15th $550 per week 
October 16th thru April 15th $750 per week 
Reservations must be made with a 50% Advance payment of total rental period plus $550 security 
refundable deposit. Cancellations must be made two weeks prior to commencement of rental period.

Payments must be made via wire transfer, Cashier's Check, Money Order, Cash, or credit card via 
Paypal(with 3% additional surcharge for Paypal fee).Above Rates are Discounted for Longer stays.  
All charges included in above rate.  No other additional fees other than (11%) taxes and 
a $55 Cleaning Charge. No tax on stays of 6 months or longer.
