Lake Shasta Vacation Home is both casual and beautiful. The location is truly unbeatable and the amenities are plentiful. Located in the heart of LAKE SHASTA for ALL WATERSPORTS, ATV and mountain bike on off road trails, or do nothing. 

This is the place where you can let everything else go and ENJOY just being with each other.

Within MINUTES walk to the LAKE on a paved road.  Fire permit available for a lake side bon fire.

Behind a PRIVATE gate and NOT in your TYPICAL subdivision.

CONVENIENT and minutes to boat moorage and launching across the street.

LARGE picture windows bring the outdoors of Lake Shasta and treed covered mountains in.

Gather on the large COVERED balconies and BBQ, drink coffee in the morning while enjoying the outdoor views in comfort.

At night sit in the HOT TUB and look at the lovely stars.

You won't find carpet here.. only hard wood flooring, rustic-simple furnishings. We dress the walls with COLORFUL tile and ART.

PICK & cook from the herb and vegetable GARDEN.

PARK inside the 2 car garage. Compressor included for your blow-ups.

Art displayed by local artists and available for sale from our wall to yours. 

Down the street are restaurants that have unique menus and decor. 

Fish from shore or your boat. Hire private professional fishing guide, all bait and tackle provided.

Rent watersport equipment at local marinas.

Sugarloaf the lake resort of Lakehead, California is the hub between Redding & if you snow ski Mount Shasta Ski park is an easy 40 minute drive.

Owner will assist you with special requests, just ask!

3 levels:

First floor: 2 car garage, bathroom

Second floor: Master suite with king size bed, pet bed and garden tub,
private access to hot tub. Great room with 2nd bath, kitchen, dining
area, two queen size hide-at-beds, laundry room, entertainment center.
Covered large balcony for outside dining with BBQ.

Third floor: Bedroom 2 with (1) Queen and (1) Full bed, private view balcony. Bedroom 3 with 2 sets of bunkbeds full size over twins. Jack and Jill bathroom and private exit to downstairs hot tub.

Home Away From Home
Kitchen with all the amenities of home being away from home. Just bring
the groceries and personal hygiene products. Refrigerator has ice maker, larger amounts of ice are available down at the Lakeshore store or gas station.

Owner to assist with all reservations, advanced booking recommended:

Marina Moorage: $25.00 daily, includes day passes.


Fish from the shore or your boat. Or go out with a private
professional guide on Lake Shasta. All tackle, bait and equipment provided.
Will meet at Sugarloaf Marina or other marinas.

Private wakeboard lessons all levels, includes boat and instruction.
