Large  2000 sq ft  vacation home with picture windows that bring the outdoors in.  Covered  large balconies (the seating is comfy). BBQ, or drink coffee in the morning while enjoying the view. Watch the boats go by and hear the whooping going on.

We are across the street from the lake and we enjoy the walk.  ATV/off road trails for miles. Brings your bikes.

At night sit in the hot tub and look at the lovely stars and play music from the stereo.

Its all about vacation.

You won't find carpet here.. only hard wood flooring, rustic-simple furnishing. 

We dress the walls with colorful tile and local art for sale from our wall to yours.

This place is AWESOME and CHARMING.

The  three car garage is large and you can park inside.

This is the place where you can let everything else go and enjoy just being with each other.

3 levels:
First floor: 3 car garage, bathroom

Second floor: Master suite with king size bed, pet bed and garden tub,
private access to hot tub. Great room with 2nd bath, kitchen, dining
area, two queen size hide-at-beds, laundry room, entertainment center.
Covered large balcony for outside dining with BBQ.

Third floor: 2 bedrooms with queen beds, Jack and Jill bathroom and private exit to downstairs hot tub. Covered balcony with comfortable chairs and table.

Convenient Marina moorage and launching, private fishing guide, wake boarding instruction.

Down the street are restaurants that have unique menus and decor.

Our home is in the Sugarloaf lake resort area and also right out our door is biking, swimming, fishing, boating, kayaking, lots of off road trails so bring the quads.

$1350.00 / 3 night

Additional night stay $379.00 per night

All major holidays 3 night min. (accept July 4th 7 night min)

Check in 4 p.m. and check out 11 a.m.
Security/damage deposit of $300.00. 

1/2 rental  amount and deposit due at time of booking through pay-pal,
personal check, money order, cashier check. 

Rental and Policy Agreement signed at time of booking

Marina Moorage: $20.00 daily, includes day passes.


Fish from the shore or your boat. Or go out with a private
professional guide on Lake Shasta. All tackle, bait and equipment provided.
Will meet at Sugarloaf Marina or other marinas.

Private wakeboard lessons all levels, includes boat and instruction.
