Bring your family here to swim, ski, fish or do nothing at our Upscale Lake Shasta Vacation home. Some of the things we like about our home is no side by side vacationing. Gather on the large porch (the seating is comfy) and BBQ, or drink coffee in the morning while enjoying the view. Watch the boats go by and hear the whooping going on. At night sit in the hot tub and look at the lovely stars and play music from the stereo. Its all about vacationnnnnn. You won't find carpet here.. only hard wood flooring, rustic-simple furnishing and very upscale, good vibes. We dress the walls with colorful tile and art. This place is AWESOME and CHARMING. The garage is large and you can park inside. We are across the street from the lake and we enjoy the walk.

This is the place where you can let everything else go and enjoy just being with each other.

3 levels:
First floor: 3 car garage

Second floor: Master suite with king size bed, pet bed and garden tub,
private access to hot tub. Great room with 2nd bath, kitchen, dining
area, two queen size hide-at-beds, laundry room, entertainment center.
Covered large balcony for outside dining with BBQ.

Third floor: 2 bedrooms with queen beds, Jack and Jill bathroom and private exit to downstairs hot tub. Covered balcony with comfortable chairs and table.

Convenient Marina moorage and launching, holistic wellness treatments, private fishing guide, wake boarding instruction.

Down the street are restaurants that have unique menus and decor.

Our home is in the Sugarloaf lake resort area and also right out our door is biking, swimming, fishing, boating, kayaking, lots of off road trails so bring the quads.

  • What a relaxing place to spend your vacation! The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is fun to work in, and the view is fabulous! If we weren't on the lake, we were relaxing on the wonderful, large deck, or soothing wakeboard muscles in the jacuzzi. We particularly enjoyed the display of local art throughout your home. Thank you for providing a great end of summer retreat!

  • This is a truly beautiful home with every possible comfort you could hope for in a vacation property. Putting aside the thoughtful and well layed out design of the house, we enjoyed the amazing views from the large deck and close proximaty to the lake the most. This home offers privacy and luxury you rarely can find in rental properties and is well worth the little extra you have to pay.

  • We had such a great time in this beautiful house. Everything in the house is very clean, comfortable, and updated. We spent most of our time on the deck enjoying the BBQ, hot tub, and great view of the lake and mountains. We miss it already!

  • We stayed for 2 nights at this vacation home. Its a beautiful new home, with all the amenities in an excellent location. Sugarloaf resort is walking distance. The Home is very new, has a beautiful view, very secure and with all amenities. We enjoyed barbecuing in the patio, the jacuzzi with music in the stereo system. I would recommend this home for families. My group had 5 children, and they enjoyed very much. Excellent!!!!!
