lake is about 70 acres, very quiet and non motored. It is carefully maintained by our board and

to swim off our dock.  The house is located about 5 miles from the big Lake, "Lake  
Wallenpaupack".

places to visit, like Bushkill Falls, known as the “Niagara of Pennsylvania,” Callie’s Candy  
Kitchen, home to some of the best chocolate confections, or Knoebel’s Groves, a family owned  
amusement park that has been around since the 1950’s. For those looking for the ultimate in  
relaxation, there are chair lift rides, horseback riding, and fishing, activities that allow the  
opportunity to take in the natural beauty of the Poconos.

Cleaning fee is $100. 
 
A $200.00 security/damage deposit will be added to the rental fee. We will refund the security  
deposit if no damages occur during your stay within 30 days from the end of the rental. 
 
A 20% deposit is required to confirm a weekly reservation. All weekend rentals must be paid in full  
at the time of reservation.  We accept cash, personal checks, pay pal or money orders.  A $30  
service fee will be charged for return checks.
