Come enjoy the beaches, restaurants and sites of Montauk this July.
This three/four bedroom, three bathroom
country home in a private, quiet location is an ideal family retreat.
It is located equidistant between town/ocean
beaches and the harbor. The property is surrounded by an over 100
acre nature preserve and has an
expansive backyard that includes a children's playground, tree house and heated
20 X 42 pool. Stroll the nature trails in the
adjacent reserve or simply walk down the road to bay beach access.
One bedroom has a king size bed and the two others offer queen size
beds. The den, which includes a queen
size pullout couch, can double as a fourth bedroom. The home has a
large kitchen, central air, washer/dryer, gas fireplace,
outdoor shower, decking and BBQ. If you are vacationing with
children, the house is equipped for their
enjoyment with a play loft, plenty of toys, bikes and beach gear
included.
Sorry, no pets and no smoking.
Renter is responsible for all utilities and end of stay house cleaning. We ask for a 20% percent security deposit.
