Vacation Rental Description

A duplex only 75 feet from the beach! Both units are cute, clean and have everything you need. The 
views from 
the second floor are terrific. The units are bright and airy with great ocean breezes, as well as 
air conditioned 
for those exception to the rule days. Sit in the shade 
on the first floor deck or in the sun on the second floor deck with the option of escaping under the 
umbrella if 
you 
choose. Great location, with a beautiful park across the street right on the bay where you can crab 
or perhaps 
launch a kayak. 

Each unit has a living room, dining area, 3 bedrooms, (one queen, 4 twins) bathroom and kitchen. 
There is a 
dishwasher, as well as a washer and dryer on each floor. Each floor has an outside table and chairs 
as well as 
lounge chairs and gas grills. There is an outside shower for both units to use. 

We also supply 6 beach badges which of course must be left when you leave.

We provide pillows and blankets.  Linens, towels and paper products are not supplied.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The beach badges, grills, washer and dryer, dishwasher, air conditioning, iron, ironing board, etc. 
etc. are all 
considered 
amenities. However, the true amenities are how you feel when you are on the deck, looking at the 
ocean, the 
bay, and then walking only a few steps to the beach on a lovely wide street! There is also off 
street parking. 

Activities and Attractions

Of course you can surf fish or ocean kayak. At sunset park across the street on the bay, enjoy a 
wonderful 
playground, go kayaking, crabbing, or just sit and relax under the gazebo.  There are great 
restaurants, and 
other activities such as minature golf, fishing or site seeing. The lighthouse and walkway out along 
the inlet is 
great for watching fishing and pleasure boats go out to sea. You can be as relaxed or as active as 
you like!

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer of 2008 -- First Floor - $1,700. per week, Second Floor - $2,200. per week
Rentals go from Saturday to Saturday,   Check In 2:00 p.m. - Check Out 11:00 a.m.

A Deposit of: First Floor - $850.(half rental fee) plus $300 security deposit for a total of $1,150 
which is due 
                                       when you reserve your week. Balance will be due 3 weeks prior 
to your rental date.
                     Second Floor - $1,100.(half rental fee) plus $300 security deposit for a total 
of $1,400 which is due
                                             when you reserve your week. Balance will be due 3 weeks 
prior to your rental date.

     Second Floor: May 3rd through May 31st - $1,000 per week
                            May 31st - June 7th - $1,200. per week
                            June 7th - June 14th - $1,300. per week
                            June 14th - June 21st - $1,500. per week
                            June 21st - June 28th - $1,800. per week
                            June 28th - July 5th - $2,000. per week

Same deposit and security applies as the in-season weeks.
