house is one and half
miles from beach. The home is very clean and peaceful with privacy.

At night you can hear the fog horn and high surf from the bedroom
windows. There is an enclosed
backyard
with fence especially nice for small children or pets. On the side
yard a lovely area for children
to play on the
lawn. The main floor has two decks to fenced in yard. Front to back
living room, dining room, large
eat in kitchen
half bath. Upstairs 3 large bedrooms and full bath. Beach Pass
included for week.

House is air conditioned in the summer.

Kitchen is fully stocked to cook in.  The refrigerator has an automatic ice maker

perfect for filling coolers for the beach.
