Casa Marea - Beautiful 3BR House in Seagrove w/ Internet in Seagrove Beach

This beautiful home is located in the quaint beach town of Seagrove Beach in the Cassine Village neighborhood. Seagrove Beach is just off Scenic Route 30-A between the beaches of Destin and Panama City. This house sleeps 6-7 with a queen-sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen-sized bed in the 2nd bedroom, and a double bed and twin bunks in the 3rd. There are also 3 full baths. It is beautifully furnished (see pictures posted here), and will provide for a great beach getaway. We also offer high-speed internet service for your convenience.

Cassine Village amenities include 2 pools, 2 tennis courts, woods, a pond and nature trails that are great for walking.

The beach is only a 5-minute walk and one of the pools is right across the street. You can also enjoy the fresh air on any of three screened-in porches. The house is wired for surround sound including the back porch. We have a private backyard that borders Point Washington State Forest, and plenty of parking as we are situated on a private cul de sac. We are located close to the
tennis courts as well.

We have several TVs, VCR, DVD, and we have cable. The full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, blender, anything you might need. We also have a gas grill available for your use.

We are within walking distance of many local shops and restaurants, and Seaside is just a bike ride away. Seagrove Beach is a great vacation spot for everyone - adults and kids! The beach is gorgeous (access is just a short walk.) Aside from walking on the beach or playing in the pool, Seagrove offers lots of activities including biking, kayaking, shopping, and wonderful local restaurants. The bike path along Scenic Hwy 30A runs directly in front of the building, and Seaside is only one and one-half miles away.
