Enjoy the lanai overlooking the river. Plexiglass sliders close for summer rain and cool nights and open wide for delightful Florida breezes allowing year round enjoyment. Relax with a good book, cup of coffee or a meal while you watch the birds, alligators and iguanas forage the river.
Take the beach chairs, umbrella and a picnic lunch, for a short stroll or drive to the beach (400 yards) to enjoy hours of sun, swimming and shelling. Peek at the Gulf of Mexico from the master bedroom. Relax at the beautifully maintained pool with lush tropical landscaping.
