baths. 

Renters will appreciate all of the functional deatails found throughout the home. The custom kitchen features 
granite countertops, double ovens, an island cook top, double dishwashers and the home has laundry facilities 
on two levels. 

The basement level features a large custom bar with fridge, pool table, air hockey table, bar, living area with big 
screen TV, two bedrooms and one bath. Tiled ski/mud entry with built in boot dryers. 

Walk to the alpine slopes in the winter; the property borders a cross country ski trail. Mountain biking and 
hiking opportunities available in the summer. 

Winterset renters have use of the pond and tennis courts in the area. Guests are also welcome to use Mirror 
Lake located at the Canaan Realty office for fishing, swimming, canoeing and paddleboating.
