courses and 612 holes, there is ample opportunity for everyone from

This 3 bedroom, ground floor villa has a pond and fairway view and
overlooks the 7th fairway of
Sandpiper Bay's Piper Course. Beautifully furnished and decorated
for wide open living and
dining,
you'll have all the comforts of home with fully equipped kitchen and
laundry, 2 full baths,
DVD/TV's,
local phone, cable service, DSL, and all linens, towels, beach towels
are provided. There are queen
beds
in the master and 2nd bedroom, 2 twin beds in the 3rd bedroom and the
living room sofa pulls out
to
a queen sleeper for additional guests.

The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet and private bath.
Sliding glass door opens to a
screen
porch off master bed and living room.

Two good size pools with hot tubs are located in the Sunset Village
complex and tennis courts and
bike rack can
be found next to the larger pool area. Various BBQ grills are
located throughout the complex for
your
convenience. Piper's Restaurant is located in the Sandpiper Bay
Clubhouse if you're looking for a
quick bite
after a round of golf.

Sunset Beach is just 2.5 miles away. Also, you may want to travel to
Ocean Isle Beach, Holden Beach
or
if you head over the state line to South Carolina, you'll run into
Cherry Grove in North Myrtle
Beach and
Myrtle Beach, just 15-20 minutes away. There are loads of fun-filled
attractions as you make your
way to
Myrtle Beach--theaters, shopping, amusement parks, adventure rides
and loads of restaurants to
choose
from. Big name entities like Broadway at the Beach, Hard Rock Park,
House of Blues, Alabama
Theater,
Palace Theater, Carolina Opry and the Dixie Stampede--just to name a
few!

There are over 100 golf courses within a 30 minute drive. In our
immediate area, other than
Sandpiper Bay,
there are notable courses for great play including Sea Trail, Ocean
Ridge, The Pearl, Oyster Bay,
Thistle and
Brunswick Plantation.

The Town of Calabash is located between Sunset Beach and the SC line
and is noted for it's quaint
village
atmosphere and some fun shops and well known restaurants.

Plus Municipal Accommodation Tax of 13% and a $75.00 cleaning fee.

$200 refundable reservation fee--pets will be considered. Please no
smoking inside unit.

Reservation fee is due within 10 days of booking. A rental agreement
will be sent for your review
and signature
and 1/2 the rental fee will be due at that time. The balance of the
fee is due 30 days prior to
your occupancy.
