Vacation Rental Description

Hilo, Hawaii: Two (or THREE) bedroom beach home fronts Richardson's
swimming, and snorkeling beach on the Big Island of Hawaii. For groups
of 6-8
people, the 3rd bedroom and 2nd bathroom can be accessed through a
separate entrance downstairs. We do NOT rent the top and bottom floors
separately, so all guests always have complete privacy. 

Protected swimming and snorkeling areas with lifeguards line the Hilo
Bay. The living room and master bedroom have unobstructed ocean views.
The Surfrider house is right next door to the Hawaii Beaches
oceanfront House, and they can be rented together for larger families
or groups traveling together. The Surfrider house is located in the
town of Hilo just 6 miles from the airport. This house is close to
golf, restaurants, shopping, waterfalls, Volcano National Park with
active volcano, farmer's market, tours, Imiloa Astronomy Center,
University of Hawaii, Hilo Medical Center (hospital), and visitor
activities. House is equipped with boogie boards and beach equipment,
DVD players, Sony PlayStation II, movie library, and high speed cable
internet access. This property boasts the highest number of returning
guests each year.

In Town of Hilo and Close to Services: 
At the beach! Close to golf, restaurants, shopping malls, grocery
stores, waterfalls, active volcano, farmer's market, Keck Observatory,
University of Hawaii Hilo, and much more!

This quaint home is a blend of old Hawaii and modern convenience.
Completely remodeled in 2004. Breathtaking unobstructed ocean & beach
views are ageless!

2 or 3 Bedroom House:
This home can be rented as a 2BR/1BA house or a 3BR/2BA house. If only
the main portion of the house is rented, we DO NOT rent the downstairs
separately. If only 4 people rent the house, the downstairs bedroom
will remain open. All guests have complete privacy.

Need more space?: Call us and ask about the luxury 3br/2ba beachfront
house next door. We also have another 2br/2ba oceanfront house down

Available year round for nightly, weekly, and extended stays. Fully
