Casa Lalita in Puerto Morelos

Casa Lalita is located in Puerto Morelos, a charming village just south of Cancun. It sits along a magnificent
white, coral sand beach on the Caribbean sea. People are easily charmed by this relaxed, welcoming village.
With much effort by local people the reef by Puerto Morelos has been made into a national park so it tends to
be healthier and in better condition that other places along the coast.

It is easily accessible from the Cancun airport.

Casa Lalita sleeps up to 15 people. The first floor has 6 sleeping rooms decorated simply with rugs from Oaxaca
and small framed images of the area. Each room can be made up either with 2 twin beds or one king. Tiled
bathrooms, hand-carved cedar doors, and ceiling fans compliment each room.

On the upper level is a small studio apartment with a kitchenette, traditional tiled bathroom and private balcony
facing the sea. It sleeps up to 3 people with a queen and single bed.

There is also a grand room, 975 square feet that can be used for weddings, meetings as well as a teaching
space for yoga, tai chi, and other groups on retreat. It is a beautiful, light filled space with terra cotta tile floors
and a view of the Caribbean sea.

Two courtyards with lush tropical gardens are supplied with tables and chairs, hammocks and loungers.
Tropical birds bring their colors and songs to the gardens, and the hammocks invite you to spend lazy
afternoons. The back courtyard has an outdoor kitchenette and eating area.

The rooftop has a magnificent view of the sea and the jungle and is perfect for sunbathing, sunset/sunrise
watching and stargazing.

Rental Rate Notes:

*Priority is given to group rentals which is a minimum of 4 rooms. We will book rentals for 3 rooms and under
only on a last minute basis (3 weeks prior to arrival date)
*There is a 3 night minimum stay

*We require a 20% non-refundable deposit.
*Weekly stay: check-in at 3 pm / check-out at 11 am
*15% discount for last minute rentals rooms booked up to 3 weeks before arrival date.
