Be one of the first to stay at this lovely condo in the heart of Tempe. Our home is filled with 
many upgrades, 
designer finishes and new furnishings: travertine flooring throughout (bedrooms are carpeted), 
stainless steel 
appliances, stainless steel tiled backsplash, granite countertops, 52" HDTV with dvd player along 
with a 
designer remote controlled fireplace that makes a cozy and warm living area.
Each bedroom has a queen bed and dresser. The beds are made with down blankets and overstuffed 
pillows. 
Also available is a premium auto-inflatable high-end air mattress for additional sleeping space for 
2 adults. 
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, glassware,cooking utensils,food processor, 
coffee grinder and pots and pans. 
If you feel like taking a swim, the heated pool and jacuzzi are located just off of the patio. The 
pool also 
makes a great view from the living room, the photo below is the view from the patio. 
The condo is located on the ground floor, security system in place, well-lit, and keyless entry 
with 
codes changed after each guest.

We love college fans! ASU is only 2 miles down the quiet street and our condo community is home to 
many ASU

to many popular restaurants, shops and night life hot spots.

One week minimum stay. 

Peak Period:  Jan 1, 2008 - May 31, 2008                                  $3000 monthly / $1000

Low Period:   June 1, 2008 - August 31, 2008                              $2200 monthly / $750 
weekly

Mid Period:  Sept 1, 2008 - October 31,2008                                  $2450 monthly / $850 
weekly 

High Period: November 1 - February 28, 2008                             $3000 monthly / $1000 weekly

Peak Period: March 1 - March 28, 2008                               $3250 monthly / $1300 weekly

($85 cleaning fee per reservation is additional plus a fully refundable security deposit of $250 
per week of 
rental. $200 per week deposit required at time of booking with balance due 30 days prior to 
arrival. 
Reservations made 30 days or less prior to arrival need to be paid in full at time of 
booking, Visa, MC. AmEx, Discover accepted.   Cancellations: within 2 weeks (14 days) prior to 
arrival all monies 
refundable except $100.  Cancellations made 13 days or less prior to arrival forfeit all monies 
paid.)
