Welcome to Ixtapa and the newly built 90 unit condominium residence called the AMARA.  This luxury 
2000 sq. ft. unit is one floor up from main with access to two elevators, or stairs, two steps from 
your front door.  There are only two units per floor on each of three towers ensuring a peaceful 
vacation away from busy hustle of hotels.  We are located on the beach in the heart of the hotel 
zone across the street from fabulous restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and the invigorating 
Mexican nightlife.  Viewed from your unit, at the pools or on the beach,  watch the breath taking 
sunsets offered daily from this “Garden of Eden”.   The  AMARA complex offers private beach palapas, 
three pools (adult infinity, family infinity and children’s wading), a bar with very reasonably 
priced drinks and snacks (served by Ricardo and Enrico), beautifully landscaped  gardens, a gym, 2 
paddle tennis courts,  two off street parking stalls and full 24 hr security.

This condo is completely furnished and has a full length balcony with floor to ceiling sliding 
windows from both the living/dining room and master bedroom.  The kitchen is fully equipped with 
everything you need to prepare a quiet meal at home with the ocean breeze keeping you cool.  The 
master bedroom is ocean front with a king size bed and private bath.  There are two bedrooms which 
face the mountains, one with a king size bed and private bath and the other with a queen size bed 
and a bath just outside the door.  There is an additional bed room with its own bath just outside 
the kitchen with bunk beds for two additional guests.  This room also holds the stacking 
washer/dryer.  The living room and three bedrooms contain their own air conditioner, ceiling fan, 
flat screen TV and DVD player. Maid service and a cook are available upon request and additional 
cost.

Ixtapa-Zihautanejo is one of Mexico’s most beautiful beach destinations on the Pacific Coast just 
152 miles north of Acapulco. Ixtapa offers all the beach and water activities like swimming, 
parasailing, jet skis and great fishing.  Some other activities include; golfing(2courses within 
walking distance), biking, hiking, miniature golf, movie theatre, swimming with the dolphins, etc., 
etc.  Amara guest receive discounted green fee rates at both golf courses.

The fishing village of Zihautanejo (pronounced “see-what-an-a-ho”) is only a $5.00 taxi fare from 
Ixtapa where you will find great restaurants, fresh fish, vegetable and fruit markets along with 
charter boats for fishing or sightseeing.
	
Once you experience this paradise, you will fall in love with it and return time and time again.

Communications: Free WiFi (Wireless Internet), intercondo and front gate telephone.

Vacation Rental Rates

April, May, June, September, October, November and December - $300.00/night, $2,000.00/week.  
(minimum stay 4 days)

July and August - $450.00/night, $3,000.00/week.  (minimum stay 4 days)

Christmas, New Years and Easter - $700.00/night.  (minimum stay 7 days)

50% deposit at booking, balance one week prior to possession.

$500.00 damage deposit, returned after departure inspection.

100% forfeited if less than 60 days notice,unless re-rented.
