vacation rental description
Great deal! Charming studio, newly renovated, facing Fort Greene Park!
There is a $50 final cleaning fee for all rentals less than 10 days.
Nice brick wall apartment in an old townhouse. It is on the third floor and has high been newly renovated. Open kitchen. New hardwood floors. Decorative fire place.
The unobstructed views over Fort Greene Park provide a true feeling of serenity.
Great neighborhood, steps away DeKalb Avenue with a myriad of bars, restaurants and other shopping facilities.
You can find everything you need in Fort Greene, from the Crunch gym club to excellent restaurants (among our favorites are: Cafe Lafayette, Chez Loulou, Veliis, Habana Outpost, Sushi D), and bars such as Moe's and Frank's.
If you feel like getting some fresh air, you can enjoy a promenade or get active in the scenic Fort Greene Park with its 4 outdoor tennis courts. For those rainier days, why not catch a movie at the Brooklyn Academy of Music, where there is a great independent movie theatre? It is located only a few blocks from the apartment!
It's also a good location in term of transports: The C train is 2 blocks away at Lafayette Ave station. The G is one block away at Fulton St station. The B,D,Q,2,3 trains are within 6mn walking distance at Dekalb Ave & Nevins St station, 1 stop from Manhattan, 2 stops/10mn from Union Square with the Q train...
