Vacation Rental Description

Located in Crown Point, a lovely residential neighborhood nestled 
between Ski and Sail Bays, the property includes a guest house and 
sits on a large lot with a nice backyard. Main house has 2 bedrooms 
and 2 bathrooms with a den that converts to a bedroom. Guest house is 
1 large bedroom with a sitting area and 1 bathroom. It is a 2.5 block 
walk to Sail Bay, perfect for sailing, windsurfing and kite-surfing 
and a 3.5 block walk to Ski Bay, host to power boats and jet skis!  
This locale is also half a block from a local coffee shop for that cup 
of morning java, a local market which sells basics and a full 
selection of beverages and spirits, a full-service salon, mail station 
and a trendy women’s boutique. Great for the entire family. Lots of 
parking for multiple cars. 
 
House and guesthouse share a private fenced-in backyard ideal for 
family get-togethers and cook-outs. This charming, unique duo is a 
wonderful way to stay close to the beach without dealing with parking 
problems or overcrowded condo dwellings. It’s an ideal oasis for up to 
ten people looking to vacation together. Whether it’s Sea World or the 
social action of the Pacific Beach scene you crave, you will be within 
one mile of these attractions.   
 
 
This is a private home in a quiet neighborhood which we make available 
as a vacation rental. We request that guests respect neighbors and 
observe quiet hours from 9pm to 8am.  
 
Individuals under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
