sits on a large lot with a nice backyard. Main house has 2 bedrooms
and 2 bathrooms with a den that converts to a bedroom. Guest house is
1 large bedroom with a sitting area and 1 bathroom. It is a 2.5 block
walk to Sail Bay, perfect for sailing, windsurfing and kite-surfing
and a 3.5 block walk to Ski Bay, host to power boats and jet skis!
This locale is also half a block from a local coffee shop for that cup
of morning java, a local market which sells basics and a full
selection of beverages and spirits, a full-service salon, mail station
and a trendy women's boutique. Great for the entire family. Lots of
parking for multiple cars.
House and guesthouse share a private fenced-in backyard ideal for
family get-togethers and cook-outs. This charming, unique duo is a
wonderful way to stay close to the beach without dealing with parking
problems or overcrowded condo dwellings. It's an ideal oasis for up to
