Vacation Rental Description

A Stunning immaculately kept (No Smoking) villa with beautifual 
south-west views from the pool through woodland to the Pinehurst 
Golf Course.A further 6 golf courses are located within 5 miles.
 The setting is relatively private, peaceful and attracts the local 
wildlife. The villa is extensively equipped throughout and provides 
every possible amenity you would require for your stay.
 The master bedroom opens directly onto the pool deck and is 
equipped with a King bed, TV and DVD, bedroom 2 has a Queen bed with 
doors to the pool as well, bedrooms 3 and 4 are twins. There is a 
dining room, great room and a large Den with cable TV throughout. 
The property is managed by a very professional local company so help 
is only a telephone call away. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

28' x 13' solar heated pool with optional electric heating, exit 
doors to pool fitted with child alarms if required, gas bbq, pool 
shower. Fully equipped kitchen, free local calls, bed linen, towels 
included. Large capacity washing machine/dryer, ironing facilities 
in the utlilty room.
2 adult bikes avaialable for use

Activities and Attractions

Tennis courts 3 mins,stunning local beaches 10 mins, Bocca Grande 
the Tarpon fishing capital and favourite haunt of US presidents is 
only 20 mins.The restaurant scene is diverse and spectacular. Watch 
turtles hatch,hunt for sharks teeth, hire a kayak, yacht, power 
boat, shop till you drop, visit Tampa, Busch Gardens, Disney, spot 
alligators and manatees in the everglades....the list is endless.

Vacation Rental Rates

Weekly rates listed below to which u must add 12% sales tax. A
20% deposit is required when the booking is made then the balance 
needs to be paid 6 weeks before 
arrival, $350 security deposit paid to local managing 
agents,refundable within 14 days, elecric pool heating available $75 
per week or $250 per month.

Discounts available for stays of 4 weeks or longer
