dining room, great room and a large Den with cable TV throughout.
The property is managed by a very professional local company so help
is only a telephone call away.

28' x 13' solar heated pool with optional electric heating, exit
doors to pool fitted with child alarms if required, gas bbq, pool
shower. Fully equipped kitchen, free local calls, bed linen, towels
included. Large capacity washing machine/dryer, ironing facilities
in the utlilty room. WiFi.

Weekly rates listed below to which u must add 12% sales tax. A
20% deposit is required when the booking is made then the balance
needs to be paid 6 weeks before
arrival, $350 security deposit paid to local managing
agents,refundable within 14 days, elecric pool heating available $75
per week or $250 per month.
