* Cleaning charge of $180/per rental
* $200 security deposit is required to hold a reservation and full
   payment required at least two weeks before the rental.
* Security deposit is returned 3-4 weeks after vacation (minus $180
   cleaning fees).

* 2 week cancellation notice with possible loss of deposit
