Rockford Bay Retreat in Coeur d'Alene

Beautiful newly remodeled home on the NORTH side (the sunny side) of Rockford Bay; just one mile
past "Shooters" and the marina. It is about 15 minutes south of CDA and located just below the Black Rock golf
course development. It is part of a family compound (private road) with a dock and 75 feet of beachfront. A
dream getaway!!!

Three levels; the top level is the master suite and bathroom (the bath is an air-jet jacuzzi tub with view of the
lake and it has a double shower). There is a large deck off the master. The second or main level houses an
open living and dining area and kitchen (all stainless) and has a 600 foot deck. The lower level has 2 enclosed
bedrooms (one with a full sized bed and the other with twin bunk beds), a full bath (with tub/shower and 2
sinks) and a recreation room which could serve as a 4th bedroom as it has a queen sized pull out couch, private
door, and its own bathroom with an indoor sauna and indoor shower. Off the lower deck, which is also quite
large, is an outdoor jacuzzi and steps down to the rolling lawn, which leads to the lake.

There is a dock which can house your boat. The marina has boats to rent (and also a nice place to launch) and
Shooters offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. In CDA proper, there are a wide array of restaurants and
activities - year round. Approximately 40 miles east of CDA is Silver Mountain resort with winter skiing and in
the summer of 2008 a large indoor water park will open. In the vicinity you can rent horses, go parasailing, rent
Skidoos, or go biking on what used to be rail road tracks. CDA is Northwest living at its best!

The rate(s) for this home are dependent upon the season and the term of the lease; for the summer of 2009 rates will range from $2,000 to $4,000 per week - with discounts for monthly rentals. "Off" season prices are
negotiable.
