Your views are undeniably the most superb! As you enter, you know this place is unlike any you’ve ever seen! Designed by renowned artist, Enrique Zozaya, you will notice the exquisitely marbled floors, quiet remote controlled air conditioning, beautiful views from the front door all the way to the balconies, ceiling fans throughout entire condo, and track lighting to allow perfect lighting for your taste.

Who wants to work? Here you definitely won’t, but if you must check your emails, we have even left you a wireless laptop to use), so just please make yourself at home!

As soon as you walk in, you will know you are "home". It is named Casa Romantica for good reason! It's a very spacious, (about 1,900 sq. feet - like you are in your own home) - 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, lot's of relaxing built in couches, and new balconies with gorgeous views!

Also, I just added a marbled bathtub in the master bathroom, definitely big enough for 2 large people. Sometimes just taking a bath in Zihua is paradise itself!

This condo is fully air conditioned, loaded with amenities, (see below) located in the much requested front building in the middle, on the 5th floor, with awesome views of the 2 infinity pools, La Ropa Beach and the gorgeous Pacific Ocean! It was designed by a famous man named Enrique Zozoya, who also designed the Villa del Sol Condos, now called "The Tides", with beautiful marbled floors throughout the complex, and 3 huge, soft and comfy wraparound couches, to relax, read, or just enjoy the views! The comfy built-in couches located in the new balconies you to enjoy the views, nap, and relax, in perfect privacy.  Also, the new furniture for dinner and drinks is very comfortable and puts you right in front for the best views. 

You will be thrilled with the awesome, panoramic views from both the Master Bedroom, and also the 2nd living area and balconies… it's absolutely breathtaking! It's definitely very roomy (and gorgeous) for sure! This area is very safe, calming and peaceful. I have quite a library of books for you to read and many dvds that can be watched from the main living area with the large plasma screen, as well as tvs and dvd players in both bedrooms!

Beautiful New Balconies:  One extends from the Beautiful and Romantic Master Bedroom and the other from the Spacious Gourmet Kitchen. They no longer have glass inbetween them, so that you may enjoy either or both! Both sides of balconies have very comfortable couches for napping while looking at the incredible views.  Other new and comfortable balcony furniture for dining, and swivel chairs with table, perfect for enjoy these panoramic views while enjoying drinks or just soaking in the spectacular views of Zihua Bay, The Pacific, and even the mountains to the right.  Ceiling fans and track lighting make it perfect!

Kitchen:

* Gourmet kitchen, fully equipped with all utensils, pots, toaster, blender, coffee grinder and maker and huge refridgerator, side by side with filtered ice maker, microwave, juicer and dishwasher   
* Upon request, I can arrange for a cook to make a delicious meal, while you relax

Damage and security deposit- $250

We accept Paypal (for credit card payment) with a 3% processing fee.

50% due within 7 days to hold the reservation, 50% due 30 days prior
to arrival.

Cancellations:

Due to difficulty of re-renting a canceled time segment, rates are non-refundable. For this reason, we suggest trip insurance which may be purchased online (relatively inexpensively). (Good for emergency cancellations due to unexpected circumstances). Also many of these Trip Insurance programs also include emergency medical care such as Medevac. Should you need to cancel, Mollie may be able to give you a credit toward a future trip. I am sorry, but no refunds for no shows or early departure.
