The great room offers formal dining for 4 or you can lounge on the loveseat or queen size sleeper  
sofa. Enjoy a cozy evening watching tv while looking out the lanai to a lush, wooded setting.  
 
The master suite offers a queen size bed, powder room, walk in shower and large walk-in-closet. 
The 2nd bedroom offers two twin beds with it's own private bath. Full size washer and dryer in  
utility room. Pool is 30 seconds out of the front door.

February & March - $2400 
April - $2200 
May - October - $1700 
November - December - $1900 
One month minimum. 
28 days is the rental period to allow preparation for next tenant.  
Also available seasonally and annually. 
$500 security deposit and $100 application fee required. Also 11% Florida sales tax. 
No smokers and no pets.
