Vacation Rental Rates

Winter/Summer Rates:

o Weekend (Friday, Saturday, Holiday):  $300 per night Friday, Saturday.
o Weekday (Sunday through Thursday): $225 per night
o Weekly: $1600 per week.

Minimum 2-night stay.  Cleaning fee: $140.

Off-Season Rates: 

o Weekend (Friday, Saturday): $200 per night Friday, Saturday.
o Sunday through Thursday:    $100 per night
o Weekly: $800 per week.

Off-season is April 21 - June 5 and September 9 - November 18 2008.
