Florida.Has dock in back yard for fishing or watching the sunset.Very comfortable home with lots of room for 
everyone.The home comes fully equiped with pool table,air hockey,ping pong, 4 kayaks, paddle boat, and 
gheenoe baot for fishing. 

Hernando Beach is a deed restricted community 40 minutes from Tampa airport. Area has plenty of shopping 
and restaurants close by, plus Weeki Wachi river down the road. Area is excelent for late night walks or just 
hanging out.

No smoking in home, has large covered screenroom on back of home.
