on the west side of South Atlantic Avenue, only a 300’ walk to the white sand beach. This two story, 
1 king size bedroom, 1 bathroom house sleeps 2 comfortably. 

As soon as you walk through the front door, you will find yourself feeling right at home in this 
immaculate beachside beauty. 800+ sq ft of living space will allow everyone to relax and forget the 
cares of the everyday world. The living room and kitchen/dining areas provide enough comfortable 
seating for everyone in your group, while the spacious bedroom allows your own private retreat.  

Golfers don’t forget to bring your clubs! There are many outstanding and affordable golf courses in 
the area. Indian River Plaza is one mile to the north with a large grocery store, shops, and 
restaurants.

South Atlantic House is fully furnished and equipped with everything you will need including linens, 
beach towels, chairs, coolers, full size washer & dryer.

Come home to New Smyrna Beach for your next family vacation or take in one of the exciting events 
the area has to offer. Bike Week, Biketoberfest, and Speed Week visitors will enjoy the location and

castles. There is no driving allowed on this part of the beach.

Downtown shops offer bicycle/surf board/snorkeling rentals.

Located across the street from the most beautiful beach on the Eastern Seaboard, 15 miles south of 
Daytona Beach, and 55 miles northeast of Disney World-Orlando area and Kennedy space center, 
Canaveral National Seashore is five minutes down the beach to the south.
