1 king size bedroom, 1 bathroom house sleeps 2 comfortably.

As soon as you walk through the front door, you will find yourself feeling right at home in this
immaculate beachside beauty. 800+ sq ft of living space will allow everyone to relax and forget the
cares of the everyday world. The living room and kitchen/dining areas provide enough comfortable
seating for everyone in your group, while the spacious bedroom allows your own private retreat.

Golfers don’t forget to bring your clubs! There are many outstanding and affordable golf courses in
the area. Indian River Plaza is one mile to the north with a large grocery store, shops, and
restaurants.

South Atlantic House is fully furnished and equipped with everything you will need including linens,
beach towels, chairs, coolers, full size washer & dryer.
