The South Atlantic House is located on the west side of South Atlantic Avenue, only a 300’ walk to the white sand beach. This cute apartment has 1 king size bedroom and 1 bathroom that sleeps 2 adults comfortably. 2 children can sleep on the pull out couch!

This house is fully protected by cameras and surrounding fence. Your private salt water pool is in the back yard, along with a swing set in the front yard.

As soon as you walk through the front door, you will find yourself feeling right at home in this immaculate beachside beauty. 600+ sq ft of living space will allow everyone to relax and forget the cares of the everyday world. The living room and kitchen/dining areas provide enough comfortable seating for everyone in your group, while the bedroom allows your own private space.

Golfers don’t forget to bring your clubs! There are many outstanding and affordable golf courses in the area. Indian River Plaza is one mile to the north with a large grocery store, shops, and restaurants.

South Atlantic House is fully furnished and equipped with everything you will need including linens, beach towels, chairs, coolers.
