We have mild climate so we have year round outside activities golfing, hiking trails, mountain climbing, fishing, and more. The beautiful Grand Canyon is about 90 minutes for a great getaway vacation destination. Spacious, pet friendly, and great for that romantic weekend, honeymoon or large enough for the family reunion. Summer brings out our street fairs, art and musical festivals. 

We want this to be a home away from home for you. We have a Welcome Basket waiting for you on your arrival. You may instruct us that you want a fire made in the wood stove we would be happy to prepare this for you. Your private tour of the house gives you time to think of questions of the area or about the home so they can be readily answered. If this a special occasion tell us so we can keep that in mind for you.Looking for a cheap getaway  but with great amenties jacuzzi ,sauna,  secluded area, but shopping is about 10 minutes away! Decor of the home is a Tuscany look with the property enjoying many trees including fruit and nut.For our pet lovers we have space for them including the larger ones as we have horse corrals,covering, and a round pen. Peak Season
*April 1-January1: 1-6 people: $155/night weekday $175 /weekend
*$10 per each extra person week night

*$15 per each extra person weekend night 

Holidays 10% more per night


Off Season Rental:

*January 2-April 1: 1-6 people: $135 night weekday $165 weekend night
*$10 extra per person week nights  

We accept checks credit cards and PayPal -(Which takes All Credit Cards)
Additional charges: RE-SET UP FEE $25-$75 variating  factors in amount of days stay to party size $100- $250 security deposit. The security deposit is fully
refundable upon satisfactory inspection of the property. Minimum
2-night stay except holidays minimum 3-night
All pets must be approved and require an additional $50 deposit,
which is also refundable upon satisfactory inspection and a $10.00 a night charge per pet.
